A true flat rate pricing system isn’t a “One Price Fits All” approach, nor is it designed to over-charge for a repair. Flat rate pricing is a method used by Nichols & Phipps to give the customers a price quote before the work has begins. This particular pricing is accomplished by using national averages for parts costs and estimated labor time, combined with your parts mark-ups and labor rates. The result is a “FAIR”, easy to understand price for you, the home owner.
Here at Nichols & Phipps, we understand your weary of unscrupulous contractors and know this creates stress when it comes to system repairs. However, we promise to diagnose the problem and give a price up front to enable you to make an informed decision on what you’re buying. With flat rate pricing you can see your getting a fair price, and that reduces stress to a minimum level… and making you a relaxed happy customer is our “Goal”. Hand in hand with our pricing standards, we do not pay our technicians on a commission basis. Unlike many others in the industry we feel customer should not have to worry about additional unnecessary costs. In today’s economy money is extremely tight and here at Nichols & Phipps it’s understood. Please remember……we are here to fix the problems not create new ones! Nichols & Phipps “Do Not” pay their technicians on a sales performance scale. We consider ourselves one of the few companies operating as we do.PLEASE VIEW OUR COMMERCIAL VIDEO BELOW.
